DC Access Partners with Urban Investment Partners to offer WiFi at The Shelburne apartments

Local Internet provider now serving more than 15 multi-tenant properties in DC

Washington, DC – In cooperation with Urban Investment Partners (UIP),,, DC Access is now providing Wireless Internet to The Shelburne, a 63-unit boutique-style apartment building located at 1631 S Street NW in the Dupont Circle neighborhood.

“Our services are a great fit for apartment buildings, and we’re excited to be working with UIP to provide local, affordable Wireless Internet to their residents,” says Martha Huizenga, partner at DC Access. “Plus, our partnership with UIP is allowing us to reach new subscribers by expanding into the Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan neighborhoods.”

In late 2008, DC Access entered an agreement with UIP to provide WiFi to six multi-family units in Washington DC. The Shelburne is the third UIP property to be equipped by DC Access, which also offers WiFi at The Biltmore, at 1940 Biltmore Street NW, and The Shelby, at 1706 T Street NW. Three more UIP properties are scheduled to come on line over the next 18 months.

Through similar partnerships with several other local real estate companies, including Evolve LLC and Yarmouth Management, DC Access provides WiFi at more than 15 multi-tenant properties in DC.
