Washington, DC – In cooperation with Urban Investment Partners (UIP), DC Access is now providing Wireless Internet (WiFi) to The Biltmore, a 24-unit apartment building located at 1940 Biltmore Street NW in the historic Kalorama Triangle.
WiFi offers a reliable, always-on broadband connection. The Biltmore is part of a new agreement with UIP to offer WiFi to residents at six multi-family properties, with the remaining properties scheduled to come on line over the next 24 months.
“For most tenants, having access to high-speed Internet is no longer viewed as an amenity, but as a requirement,” says Matt Wade, president of DC Access.
Through similar partnerships with several other local real estate companies and property owners, including Evolve LLC and Yarmouth Management, DC Access provides WiFi at more than a dozen multi-tenant properties in DC.
“This new partnership with UIP is a great opportunity to reach new subscribers by expanding into the Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan neighborhoods,” says Martha Huizenga, partner at DC Access. “Our services are a great fit for apartment communities, and we’re excited to be working with UIP to provide local, affordable WiFi to their residents.”
