Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just love working with DC Access as my internet service provider!very reliable service - and if I have problems, their speedy, courteous and helpful service staff get right on it! And I’ve actually had a company owner come with the tech person (yay for Tony!) to figure out things. Also, it’s very affordable - and they regularly change out the router as part of the subscription/no extra cost 🙏🏼

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I first learned about DC Access because my colleague uses it at home and recently had it installed at our office as well. During our office installation I found the technicians' customer service to be so refreshing and helpful, and the service itself so reliable following their visit, that I knew it was time to get it for my home as well. My only regret is not making the switch sooner! Thank you for offering such an amazing alternative to the cable giants.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are so glad we chose DC Access! Trying to shop local and support local businesses, and DC Access has gone above and beyond in their service! Tony and Darnell were amazing, their product recommendations were great, and our WiFi is seamless for the best price we could find in the city. Their attention to detail to ensure the Wifi worked and we understood everything about our new set up was incredible. 10/10 recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The DC Access team did an awesome job installing our new internet set-up. Professional, super knowledgeable, family friendly and available. I would recommend DC Access to anyone. Especially if you want to rid yourself of redundant cables and the evil Verizon.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just had my DC Access internet installed yesterday and it has been great! Darnell did the install and the confirmation email said it would take about an hour and a half to complete. He was done in 40 mins and everything is working perfectly!
