Getting Started - Creating a new Dial-Up Connection
1. Go to the Control Panel from the Start Menu (Figure 1).

2. Click on "Network and Internet".

3. Click on "Network and Sharing Center" (Figure 3).

4. Click on "Set up a connection or network" under Tasks (Figure 4).

5. Select "Set up a dial-up connection" (Figure 5).

6. Use the following configuration settings (Figure 6).
- Dial-up phone number: (202) 349-0247
(or a local phone number in your area. see our dial-up number listing here.)- User name: your username@dcaccess.net
- Password: your DC Access password
- Connection Name: DC Access
Note: Check the "Remember this password" box if you would like Windows to remember your password

7. Click "Create".
You have now created a dial-up connection to DC Access. You may now access the internet through this connection.
