Before you get going, make sure you have received your account information from DC Access. Just to review:
First, information about the e-mail servers:

Our server supports both POP3 (most e-mail accounts) and IMAP
|

Our incoming mail server is: mail.dcaccess.net
|
 |
Our outgoing mail server is: mail.dcaccess.net
|

Second, information about your account:

Your account name and password
|

Start Entourage, and on the Tools menu, click Accounts.
|

Click New and then click Mail to continue. (Simply clicking the New button should automatically create a new e-mail account)

On the New Account page, choose the type of email server you wish to use.
Click Ok.

Discovery Map email servers support both POP3 and IMAP protocols. In most cases you will want to choose POP3.

This is the Internet E-mail Settings page. Here we set up all of the information we need to access your email. The settings are as follows:

Account Name: Type a name by that you will identify this email account by.
|

Name: Type your name as you wish it to appear on emails you send to others.
|
 |
Email Address: Enter your full email address.
|
Receiving mail
 |
User Name: As provided by DC Access.
|
 |
POP (or IMAP) server: mail.dcaccess.net
|
 |
Password: As provided by DC Access.
|
Sending mail
 |
SMTP server: mail.dcaccess.net
|
Below is an example of how your configuration should look when completed:
Note: If you're concerned about break-ins to your e-mail,
click to clear the check in the Remember Password box.
You'll then be prompted for the password each time you send or
retrieve mail.

Click the small box in the upper left hand corner to close, Click OK, and then close the Accounts window You are now ready to use your email!
